Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions relate to the CSA up to 10% more promotion, and set out the basis on which Patterson Cheney Pty Ltd trading as Central Star Autohaus (CSA) may make an offer to purchase your vehicle (Vehicle) in the period between 1/6/22 and 30/6/22 (Promotion Period.
  2. Unless otherwise stipulated by CSA, the CSA up to 10% more promotion will operate only for the Promotion Period, unless extended.
  3. Subject to these terms and conditions, CSA may make an offer to beat by up to 10% any competing offer or quote made or given by another Licensed Motor Car Trader for the purchase of the Vehicle that CSA considers is genuine and reasonable (Competing Offer).
  4. Any Competing Offer must be: (a) in the form of a written offer or quote from the relevant Licensed Motor Car Trader; (b) dated no more than 7 days prior to presentation to CSA; and (c) provided to CSA at the time of CSA’s inspection of the Vehicle.
  5. The Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition, registered, and must not be a repairable write off vehicle.
  6. Any offer made by CSA to purchase the Vehicle is valid for 3 days.
  7. CSA is under no obligation to make an offer or to purchase the Vehicle or any other vehicle, and reserves the right not to make an offer or to purchase the Vehicle or any other vehicle at its discretion and without explanation.
  8. Where an offer is made, CSA reserves the right to determine the percentage of the offer in its discretion.
